Orlando graduated from Valdosta State University with a BA and a MAT. His minors were accounting and business consulting. He excelled in college, earning a 3.73 cumulative GPA.

“My student life was probably rather boring compared to others,” Orlando admits. “I spent most of my time in my books, with little social interaction. Sure, I had my moments like any other college student, but I didn't end up in jail!

“My primary roles at 360 Recycling include analyzing current data to forecast future developments, planning and implementing the company's financial structure, and ensuring fluency in the growth and development pipeline,” he says.

Orlando used to be a full partner at Pinnacle Development and Management. He was in charge of driving company growth through acquisitions. He was in charge of the company's health and prosperity.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Orlando was a full partner with Vertical Properties, Inc., a company that installed and maintained broadcasting towers for television and radio stations.

“My team and I grew Vertical Properties into one of the largest geographic owned real estate development and acquisition companies,” he recalls. My team and I grew the company's portfolio past the $500 million mark much faster than anyone expected.”

Orlando has also led teams to restructure the finances of over 50 companies. In the last decade, he has improved the financial performance of companies in fields ranging from recycling to energy production.
